איזה מידע נאסף ולמה
טופס הפנייה מבקש שם, כתובת דוא״ל ותוכן פנייה; מספר טלפון הוא רשות. כשהטופס פעיל, המידע משמש לטיפול בפנייה ולחזרה אליכם בקשר אליה. מסירת המידע היא מרצונכם, ואין חובה חוקית למסור אותו. ללא שדות החובה אי אפשר לשלוח את הטופס, אך אפשר לפנות בטלפון או בדוא״ל. אין לשלוח סיסמאות, פרטי תשלום או מידע אישי רגיש.
לצורכי הגנה מפני שימוש לרעה, שירות הטופס מעבד זמנית מזהה מוגן המבוסס על כתובת IP ומספר ניסיונות שליחה. הוא נשמר בזיכרון לזמן קצר, עד כעשר דקות; כתובת ה־IP הגולמית ותוכן הפנייה אינם נרשמים ביומן הבקשות של היישום. אין באתר מערכת לניהול לידים או מסד נתונים של הפניות.
אירוח האתר
גרסת האתר בענן מתארחת ב־Microsoft Azure App Service. Microsoft מעבדת במסגרת האירוח בקשות רשת ונתונים טכניים הדרושים להפעלה ולאבטחה. מיקום העיבוד ושמירת נתוני הפלטפורמה תלויים באזור ובהגדרות שירותי Azure שהחברה בחרה; הם נפרדים מעיבוד הודעות הדואר ב־Microsoft 365.
הגנה מפני בוטים ושירותי Cloudflare
האתר משתמש ב־Cloudflare להגנת תעבורת האתר וב־Turnstile לבדיקת פניות אוטומטיות. שירותים אלה מעבדים מידע טכני כגון כתובת IP, נתוני דפדפן וחיבור ואותות אבטחה, ועשויים להשתמש באחסון אבטחה בדפדפן. אסימון האימות מועבר לשרת ונבדק מול Cloudflare לפני שליחת הפנייה; שם, דוא״ל ותוכן הפנייה אינם נכללים בבקשת האימות שלנו. המידע הטכני עשוי להיות מעובד מחוץ לישראל בהתאם לתנאי השירות. פרטים: מדיניות הפרטיות של Cloudflare.
מי מקבל את המידע
כאשר שליחת הטופס מופעלת, פרטי הפנייה מועברים לתיבת הדואר שהחברה מייעדת לקבלת פניות ולגורמים המורשים בחברה לצורך הטיפול בהן. Microsoft 365 ו־Exchange Online משמשים להעברת הודעות הדואר ולאחסונן. ההודעה כוללת גם מועד שליחה, מזהה פנייה וגרסת הודעת הפרטיות שעליה אישרתם. האתר אינו מצרף אתכם לרשימת דיוור ואינו שולח הודעות פרסומיות בעקבות הפנייה.
אחסון, שמירה והעברה מחוץ לישראל
הטופס מעבד את התוכן בזיכרון לצורך השליחה, ללא שמירתו במסד נתונים מקומי. עותקי הודעות שנשלחו עשויים להישמר בתיבת הדואר המקבלת ובפריטים שנשלחו ב־Microsoft 365, וכפופים למדיניות השמירה והגיבוי של החברה. תקופת השמירה נבחנת לפי צורכי הטיפול, חובות שבדין ומחלוקות, תוך צמצום מידע שאינו נדרש עוד. אין בהודעה זו הבטחה למחיקה אוטומטית לאחר תקופה קבועה.
בהתאם למיקום שירותי Microsoft 365, המידע עשוי להיות מעובד או מאוחסן מחוץ לישראל. הפעלת השליחה מותנית בהגדרת השירות וההרשאות ובהסדרת תנאי עיבוד המידע והעברתו עם הספק בהתאם לדין.
אחסון בדפדפן ושירותי צד שלישי
קוד האתר שומר בדפדפן את בחירת השפה, במפתח f1-language ב־localStorage. אפשר להסיר את ההעדפה באמצעות ניקוי נתוני האתר. בגרסה זו אין כלי אנליטיקה, פיקסלי פרסום או עוגיות שיווק; הגופנים והלוגו מוגשים משרת האתר. קישורי טלפון ודוא״ל פותחים יישומים לפי הגדרות המכשיר שלכם.
זכויות ובקשות
בכפוף לדין, אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע האישי עליכם ולבקש תיקון של מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. אפשר גם לפנות בבקשת מחיקה או הפסקת שימוש, שתיבחן לפי הדין, מטרות השמירה וחובות החברה. ניתן לפנות בפרטי הקשר שלעיל; ייתכן שתידרש בדיקת זהות מידתית כדי למנוע מסירת מידע לאדם אחר. הגשת פנייה אינה הסכמה לשימוש בפרטים לשיווק.
אבטחה ועדכונים
שירות השליחה מתוכנן לפעול רק בחיבור HTTPS ובהרשאות דואר ייעודיות בצד השרת, עם הגבלת ניסיונות ובלי חשיפת סודות בדפדפן. כל עוד השירות אינו מוגדר, הטופס אינו מאפשר שליחה. אין אפשרות להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני אירועי אבטחה. שינויים במטרות האיסוף או בשירותים יוצגו במדיניות ובהודעה ליד הטופס לפי הצורך.

Information and purposes
The inquiry form requests your name, reply email and message; phone is optional. When sending is enabled, these details are used to handle and respond to your inquiry. Providing them is voluntary, with no legal obligation. Required fields are needed to process the form; email and phone remain alternative contact methods. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
To prevent abuse, the form service temporarily processes a protected identifier derived from the IP address and a count of submission attempts. It remains in memory for approximately ten minutes. Raw IP addresses and inquiry content are not recorded in application request logs. This website has no lead database or local inquiry archive.
Website hosting
The cloud version is hosted on Microsoft Azure App Service. Microsoft processes network requests and technical information needed to operate and secure the hosting service. Platform processing location and retention depend on the selected Azure region and service settings, separately from Microsoft 365 email processing.
Bot protection and Cloudflare services
The site uses Cloudflare to protect web traffic and Turnstile to check for automated submissions. These services process technical data such as IP addresses, browser and connection information and security signals, and may use browser security storage. Our server validates the verification token with Cloudflare before sending an inquiry; our verification request does not include your name, email or inquiry content. Technical information may be processed outside Israel under the service terms. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Recipients
When sending is enabled, inquiries go to the company’s designated mailbox and authorized staff handling them. Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online transmit and store the email. Messages include the submission time, a reference and the version of the privacy notice you acknowledged. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or advertising.
Storage, retention and international transfers
The form processes content in memory for sending, without a local database. Copies may remain in the recipient mailbox and the sender’s Sent Items, subject to company retention and backup policies. Retention is assessed against handling needs, legal obligations and disputes, with unnecessary information to be minimized. No fixed automatic mailbox deletion period is promised here.
Microsoft 365 may process or store information outside Israel, depending on the service location. Sending is enabled only after service configuration, permission scoping and the required supplier processing and transfer arrangements have been addressed.
Browser storage and third parties
The website code stores your language preference locally under f1-language in localStorage. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. This version has no analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Fonts and logos are served locally. Email and phone links open applications according to your device settings.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information and correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated information. You may also request deletion or cessation of use, assessed according to applicable law, retention purposes and company obligations. Contact us using the details above. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to protect your information.
Security and updates
The sending service is designed for HTTPS only, with dedicated server-side mail permissions, request limits and no browser-exposed credentials. The form cannot send until configured. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Relevant changes to collection purposes or service providers will be reflected in this policy and the notice beside the form.
